7-day immunity boosting eating plan – there will be 7 different days from breakfast, lunch and dinner to snacks and dessert – this will be your Family’s menu to stay well during this Coronavirus (COVID-19) period.

Your eating will be based on plant foods such as fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds and whole grains.

You will pick 1 day (whichever you like) and cook for next two or three days thus saving time.

Healthy Meal Plan for the whole Family to boost immune system will include products high in vitamin C, anti-bacterial garlic as well as powerful turmeric.

As well all know governments all around the world have closed educational institutions as well as schools so children are learning from home now. This is the time to delight your children with something delicious as well! They will surely enjoy pancakes, muffins, vitamin-rich smoothies, healthy home-baked, fragrant biscuits and much more.From the main course you can use buckwheat, rice and pasta. The main rule will be to eat fresh or steamed, fried vegetables every day.

There will be 2 plans available – one vegetarian and one plant-based.
