Brownies are the favorite dessert choice for a lot of people. Traditional brownie recipes include cocoa or chocolate, but this time we’ll replace them with carob powder.
Carob Brownies – quick and simple recipe. I recommend consuming these brownies during the first part of the day since it contains a relatively high amount of calories.
175g Corn flour (you can also use wholegrain flour or homemade oat flour)
25g Carob powder
1 tsp. Baking powder
75 ml Maple syrup
25 ml Coconut oil (organic)
Mix the corn flour, carob powder and baking powder. Then add the maple syrup, coconut oil and water. Mix until the mass has a somewhat even consistency. Lay parchment paper into a baking mold, then pour in the brownie mix. Bake in 175 degrees (Celsius) for about 20-30 minutes. Bon appétit!
