Delicious nice cream with only 3 ingredients– bananas, almonds and organic soy milk!
This recipe requires a powerful blender or food processor.
Ingredients for 2 mid-sized portions:
5 frozen, peeled bananas
20 g almonds (approximately a handful)
100 ml eco soy milk (ideally vanilla-flavored)
Instruction:
Blend all of the ingredients. Check the consistency – add more milk if the mix feels dry, or add another banana half if it seems too runny.
The nutritional facts per 2 mid-sized portions:
582 Kcal, Protein -15 g, Carbs – -107 g, Fat -15 g.
When dividing these values in two, the numbers are actually not that high for such a delicious snack!
