Carob brownies. How to make tasty carob powder brownies? Brownies are the favorite dessert choice for many people actually as I know there aren’t many people in the world that don’t love brownies. Traditional brownie recipes include cacao or chocolate, but this time we’ll replace them with carob powder.
This is a quick and simple recipe. I recommend consuming these brownies during the first part of the day since it contains a relatively high amount of calories.
Ingredients:
175g corn flour (you can also use wholegrain flour or homemade oat flour)
25g carob powder
1 tsp. baking powder
75 ml maple syrup
25 ml eco coconut oil
25ml water
Instruction:
Mix the corn flour, carob powder and baking powder. Then add the maple syrup, coconut oil and water. Mix until the mass appears smooth. Lay parchment paper into a baking mold, then pour in the brownie mix. Bake in 175 degrees (Celsius) for about 20-30 minutes. Bon appétit!
