Honeydew Almond Milk Smoothie

Honeydew Almond Milk Smoothie is perfect, fresh dessert and snack between meals. It will revitalize you in the morning, and energize during the day.

In fact, this recipe is extremely easy to make. As per usual, you are welcome to experiment with the ingredients, but here I’ll offer my version of this smoothie.

Ingredients per 1 serving:

100 g frozen pieces of melon
1 mid-sized frozen banana (about 100 grams)
100 ml almond milk
10 g walnuts
30 g avocado


Ideally if you could cut and freeze the melon and banana the day before (or at least an hour before). Add all of the ingredients to a powerful blender, and blend everything together. The sequence of the ingredients is not important in this recipe.

By adding more bananas you’ll achieve an ice-cream-like consistency; however, by adding more milk the consistency will resemble that of a smoothie. In the summer, you can also add ice cubes to the blender.
And voilà – you’re done!
